Jordan and Dava show you how to make a great snack for the Super Bowl this weekend. In honor of Baltimore Ravens head coach, John Harbaugh and his brother, San Francisco 49ers head coach, Jim Harbaugh, the girls are making Harbabaganoush. Babaganoush is a delicious eggplant dip, healthful and fun for a game. (Video filmed and edited by Whit Padgett. Thanks, Whit!)

2 eggplant
2T tahini
3 cloves, garlic
1 lemon, juiced
¼c parsley, chopped
2T olive brine
2T olive oil
¼t cumin seed

Pierce eggplants with a fork. Go voodoo on them in honor of New Orleans. Preheat oven to 400. Char eggplants on an open flame for about 4 min each side. SWOOPS eggplants and garlic. Place on a foil lined tray. Place in oven to roast. Take garlic out about 8 min later once browning. Take eggplant out 30 min later once charred. Let cool. Remove the skin from the eggplants and place meat in a food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients (garlic, lemon juice, parsley, olive brine, cumin, salt, and pepper.) Start to blend. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while the food processor is running. Blend for another minute. Season to taste. Play Ball!!!
